Rails Development Framework - What Should They Focus On?
The key in the early days of promoting rails was sholl not tell that you could write all the things about how your system was prior, but nothing beat actually showing it. We took ownership over the whole integrated problem. So much of open source development a picks out one little problem and then tries to do a very good job at solving that. But if you need to solve an entire problem, like delivering an application to uses, you have to find all these little bits and you have to put them together yourself.
