How to Multitask to Improve Your Fitness

I used a technique that's there's been several studies around called temptation bundling. If I didn't like exercise, the reward was, and it still is, that I get to listen to podcasts, audio books, etc. It also helps me implement this rule that I have to never consume content on my web browser. And so this is a great example of how we can use technology to prevent technology distraction. We are really good at what's called multi channel multitasking.
