How long would we stick in each phase? Would we stay the same amount of time for four to six weeks in each phase and how would we order these in the ideal world? That's a good question. It has to be general because if I consider like if you consider me, I have a favorite. And I want to consider that as well. If you're a bodybuilder, you're probably going to train in the high volume, superset phase than the other ones. But for the average person, it's probably a good idea to spend like a few weeks in each one.
