The concept of opportunity came out of a prompt that i was given for women's history month. And it was based on this idea of like, you know, are we lifting women up, or are we holding them back in some capacity? I think there's no way to get out of the opportunity debt when someone holds you in it. Sometimes it's just the way that things have been done thit's like kind of quid pro quo concept going way back into olden times. But it's insidious. It happens a lot more to women, people of color, any any one who seems to have a lower position of perceived power than any given Power dynamic.
