How to Listen After a Meeting

Make sure you are clear about how and when you're taking notes. After the meeting, generate a set of artifacts that may be what happened in the conversation. Then make sure that after the meeting within 24 hours, again, pose a question back. If you think you can't listen after the meeting, take an action during the meeting and don't deliver on it and the client will think you never listen.
