I think a negative feedback about someone's performance is really tough to have in the open. That is something we are not transparent about. I do think that the majority of content should be more transparent. We also have a CEO shadow program where people join like 80% of my calls. If that's a one-on-one with a report, typically it's 20 minutes that they join. It makes it harder to accept the feedback and a GitLab.
