Andi: Fear is one of the things to overcome to find that power. How do you guide girls and women in your work with to think about that? Emily: I talk to girls about understanding the shape of our fear. And i think it's important that we have that slogan as an organization, and also visually on our wall. When you're able to practise bravery in a space where you know you're supported, it's much less scary. You can pass on your bravery to other people.
