Overachievers tend to have not great work-life balance because we're constantly trying to prove ourselves. For me, it's about this over response from feeling the anxiety, the stress and worry. So when I'm spending too much time worrying at night about something I should have done, that's a clue to me that, hmm, this is me worrying about whether or not I'm good enough. And I need to self regulate my emotions."
