The Cost of Capital in the Economy

The banks are, for the most part, only funding their best clients. The banks are really slowed down their lending to a trickle. There's a lot of capital needs out there and a lot of loans maturing. I think it's here. I think the market is much more sophisticated in how they manage distress than in the past.
