Leaders make mistakes when they presume that their way of seeing the world is normal. If a leader just sort of thinks to themselves, oh, you know, my way of see the world isnormal, it means every time they meet someone of another type, they will feel free to judge them as abnormal. That ends with no retention. So understanding each other, that means appreciating diversity, difference. It means being feeling oriented and having self awareness. I want to be a really great team leader. But just knowing their number isn't enough. Now, you need to become a student.

How you use your strengths and weaknesses to your advantage

An Enneagram is much more than just a funny word.

It’s a system of personality typing that identifies nine types of people and how they relate to one another and the world. It’s not just a powerful tool for personal growth, but also a great resource for transforming relationships in your personal and professional lives.
