How to Succeed in an Interview

When we think as we're speaking the structure goes out of the window. So often I'll see what my client is doing and I'm going, this is great but you're rambling. And it becomes very difficult to understand you particularly if you're speaking in English which is not your first language. You have 30 seconds, maximum maybe a minute to say what do you want that person to know about yourself. What makes you interesting? What makes you the person you are?
