I'm totally with you there. I've seen a couple of enablement leaders who like their thing is they have like a favorite methodology. And then they spend the next six months failing with that favorite and then they go do the same thing in another company. You're being brought into drive revenue, not build a process. It's revenue first, process second. But I, you know, it's kind of like, if I'm a sales leader, the first thing I'm doing is jumping on calls. Because guess what? I sold without CRM. Stop telling me you need to have the process in the system to get it done.
