I believe the base IBC protocol actually doesn't really do destructors in the sense where like if I open this bus, it's like I don't really have to actively maintain too much. The reason for this is because you know proof of stake, give us whole weeks of activity issue and so on. So the IBC connections can never be closed and that's what the IBC, you know, that's the header part and then the ICS 20,. Those take place on the channels on top and so whether those can be closed is kind of up to the ICS.
