How Do You Feel When You Don't Work Out?
Exercise is a huge part of my mental health, i think. One day off a week. Toll exercise. It won't be excessive. I will actively pull myself out of thought spirals. We know we're going to feel better when we do this, but we don't,. and then we feel shiddy, and then we wonder why we're feeling shiddy. That makes a huge, huge difference. But it's also practising not going into like, thought spiral. And i've been active since i was, you know, a little kit. Youve ahuge part of my family's life. Ya.
