The Power of Mindfulness

The Buddha spoke of the instructed noble disciple, which is also us. Being contacted by painful feeling, one harbors no aversion to it and does not seek delight in sensual pleasures. This bhikkhu is called a noble disciple who is detached from birth, aging, and death. Is attached to sorrow, pain, displeasure, and despair, attached to suffering. These habits of mind run very deep. So mindfulness of feeling, and again, feeling means the quality of pleasant, unpleasant, and neutral,. It is the linchpin around our deepest conditioning.
