How to Treat Chronic Pain

Moving is generally good for lots of different types of pain, particularly arthritis. Even things like Tai Chi can be really helpful. If you don't want to take painkillers, there are some supplements which have evidence base that they can help with pain. And I'm not saying go out and buy weed and smoke. I'm saying government, please deregulate cannabis for medical use at a faster rate. So people who are in chronic pain can get treatment for that pain. What about you, Al? What are your top tips?
