Credentials come in a few different ways. Some fication, saying that you have taken this will be valuable for people looking to have corporations paid for other c b c enrolment. Another interesting angle on certification is this idea of certifying people who then become authorities to coach the syst or take the system and enfranchise it. So there can be actually a training at the middle tier, not for everybody who takes the course, but people looking to go above and beyond and then be able to reteach the system.
