Jellyfish don't have a central nervous system at all. All they have are these little clusters of cells around their body that tell them when to fire their muscles, when to contract. And so they use those muscles to coordinate their swimming motion in a way that's very different from how you and I move around. They're the first animals we know of to be able to move around in the ocean.
