There's no data that I've seen on this, but the three people that I have spoken to all say that the things that they really don't like the idea of are cakes, donuts, etc. It might be the case that not only does it make you feel less hungry, it directs you towards not towards the unhealthy stuff, but towards the healthier stuff.
