All systems need to have a point, which basically wants to give you what you need. Now, sometimes the output of a system can be input for the next system. In this example, the output is going to be a walkthrough that is already provided and making sure that the problem is addressed. So it can be in different formats. It can be in the formats of knowledge repository, or it can be not as repository - where you put all your valuable information.
