"I love watching our team spring into action. I mean, this is just amazing," he says. "We had the Rev D shark fin show up and all of a sudden, like drives are not being recognized? What the hell's going on?" It turns out the wrong part was stuffed. The real that was put in to the pick-and-place machine was wrong. And it was a mistake that was made by a human being at a manufacturing facility on a loading dock.
