Emmys - The Elements of Surprise

We're going to talk about breaking expectations, in particular the idea of the element of surprise. And so as I understand it, you were working with a team on a project for the Emmys. What you wanted to do was help paint the picture of what this emotion felt like. So that all of the people working the Academy could empathize and feel that same feeling too.
