Building Policies Around Values

I think most people would agree that abortions at 38 weeks are probably not a good idea. And so there are other values that are part of this equation. Let's start the conversation by saying, what are your three or four or five top values and then we can have a more open minded more complex conversation,. I think it's challenging you should build policies around because people have such strong feelings about it.
