I had an L.O.I. I think it just been accepted for a medical staffing company. And the three months previously, I had been to see a wines and vines company that was massively overpriced. The bank statements just didn't tally with kind of the P&L numbers. So at that point, we reactivated conversations and then going back to the point about interest being part of the search.
