One of the most common responses given to people who are struggling with mental health is to pray more. Can talking to God rebalance our mental health by being a form of support? Or if it can't totally fix it in all cases, could it still be a solution for those whose mental well-being has not caused serious dysfunction in their lives? Those are good questions.
