The Importance of Accountability

There's three pieces of accountability that if you don't have these in your life, you're not going to succeed. Accountability is so important at every level. You do not want to be the one person who shows up and doesn't perform. Here's what I think here's actually trading positive anxiety for negative pressure. There is such a privilege there but it can also lead to depression.
