How to Measure Demand Creation and Content

Chris Walker: I think the outdated way to measure these activities is what holds B2B companies back. It's why my company and myself have published more podcasts than probably any B2B brand besides HubSpot over the past three years. He says he doesn't even look at it just as a podcast, but like social media, word of mouth, events all in one program. The overall impact of that program would be huge for companies to implement and do well. And we'll extend this a little bit more broadly to demand creation and content in general.
