How to Slow Down and Make Audio Only Podcasts

I just don't have the skills required to communicate and be like overly nice corporate style I've gotten on some calls with brands and totally like ruined things just with the way I talk. So we'll see if I try to put a little bit more effort into these videos by using my Instagram stories is a very good chronological account of everything that's happened in the past two months. But this is audio only and you're just listening to me talk about things when I could be doing this and showing so it's like I'm a filmmaker I should be like showing you with video why am I just doing audio?
