How Do You Know What You Don't Know?
I think arrogance and hubris are two of the fastest ways to get me to not want to invest in somebody. Confidence is different than arrogance, right? I'm very self-confident about what I think I'm good at... but I'm also very confident about what I don't know. And I will rapidly change my opinion, even if it's strongly held when I'm presented with new information. Probably the greatest thing I look for is intellectual honesty.
