PhD - Is There Money for That?
Many PhD students don't realize that there is money often, in many universities, for professional development. If you want to take a course, go ask your supervisor or thesis advisor first. Ask them if they have presented the opportunity to them, and ask them if they're funding it. And other than those people, the department, your graduate school, whatever sort of structure you have, try thinking about like potential sponsors that you could ask.
