Goringe's Obelisk
Goringe constructed a long wooden box, kind of like a crate, to hold this obelisk that needed to come back to new york. He would lower ever so gently with all kinds of supporting contraptions, and now with hydraulic jacks,. All right, the obelisk into the crate, but now how do you move it? So he built a kind of track out of balls. It swit these balls and rotating balls then. And yet, it's really big balkas, and and he had them. So he he lined his track with these cannon balls.
