Is There a Primitivist View of Humanity?
I wanted to talk a bit more about work ethic. You touch in the article about how post-work socialism is associated with a specific sort of a normative view of work. And then I also wanted to come back on the idea of a socialist work ethic, because I think this cuts to the heart of the whatever appeal post-work Socialism has. But tell us first of all, what is the kind of theNormative view of work that is presupposed by the post-work socialists? Yeah. If we're committed to human freedom, human freedom is when we're not forced to do anything. But since work is necessary, work is just something we’re forced to do.
