Morgan Stanley Capital Partners is Morgan Stanley's US mid-market bio platform, which is part of a broader private credit and equity investing platform that encompasses about 240 investment professionals. I'm focused specifically on developing the value creation plan, starting pre-investment and starting with diligence,. And working with our portfolio company management teams to identify the short list of things that we believe will really move the needle. We made a concerted effort to go along an inventory and build up sufficient buffer so that we could weather the shortages or significantly increase lead times in many industries.
