The Judaean Response, Where Is He?

On the last engrayes day of the festival, jesus stood and said, in a loud voice, let any one who is thirsty come to me and drink buba blot. There's no doubt that he's talking to the larger crowds. And most of the time it does seem pretty clear cut that it is speaking specifically of the leaders. In this instance, it's talking about their response.
