My time in rwanda taught me that the opposite of poverty is ant income. The opposite of Poverty is dignity, its choicest opportunities and freedom to make decisions about your own lives. That was what was too often stripped by excusionary markets and by top down development. And that dependency, i took away something which i have heard you talk about so much, that is so important to you, dignity. You wanted a different kind of and you created acumen. What was thee what was the vision?
