Seal Training - The Lesson for Life

I did seven deployments. Each one of those deployments was about six months long. To get ready for those deployments, we would train for about 12 to 18 months. And all of the work that we would do when we prepared to go on deployment was with our platoons. It's definitely not what everyone would want to do. But for me, it was a really awesome job.
