The Story of Paul and Jaycein's Caribbean Alcoholic Drink in Scotland

Paul and Jaycein are the owners of Scottish rum brand Matuga. The couple moved from London to Livingston just outside Edinburgh for this business. They say they love food pairings, and that's definitely one of their favourites. At the moment we are probably around about 10,000 bottles a year. We're probably going to be going up to around about 80,000 bottle a year equivalent with new equipment.
