I think the old way of doing business is kind of dead where it's like the agent goes and finds the house and they connect the two and take 10%. Yeah. At this point, you're a better salesperson for your client because you understand you're making the brand. So you're the salesperson. You should get the VIG for that. And I'm talking to the houses more than, than an agent who just comes in at the last night. Cause you're right. It's often people who aren't inside a business that can see really where the whole, where the holes are.
