What Did North Korea Learn From the Trump Administration?
I think Trump came into it for all the wrong reasons and it undercut his efforts repeatedly. I genuinely believe that Trump was doing this because he saw this as a possible win. He really sort of disliked Obama really loathed him and Obama had a Nobel Prize. So he had that Nobel Prize too to prove the use of better than Obama and he could go and get one in. But there was a major bureaucratic process behind that the president itself was person involved. The president steered the bureaucracy. It's just a bridge too far because the status quo is so deeply set.
