Hoxby, which is an organization run by Alex Sersa Lizzie Penney, had a fully sort of distributed workforce from the outset of building that business. I was also reflecting on other places I've worked, and early on in my career I worked for a company called Capital One. There are three areas that are useful to address when we're thinking about what are ways of working: roles and responsibilities, tools and tech, team rhythms and rituals.
