Is It Rotation or Rotation?

It's hard to get good films in this place. We usually assess by looking at those spinous processes and asking, are they directly between the heads of the clavicles? The really beautiful text book x rays you see are taken down in the radiology suite with a healthier patient. And certainly for things like effusion, there's no yor way, ok?! For me, b is bones, but i agree, bones are very rarely of a ton of interest to us.
