When the pandemic hit, it went all the way down to as low as I think about $5 a share. Guy Speer was actually in it pre pandemic. So he was probably in somewhere in that $30 to $50 range. And currently, I think it trades at 9 or 10. So it's still very much down there. They're quite heavily indebted. So they have about $1.6 billion in debt to Berkshire. But what I'm landing on kind of after going through all that work is a liquidation value for seriatage growth properties of phthalgis to sell everything today, pay off the debt and distribute the process to shareholders.
