The Politics of Judiciary

If it wasn't Joe Biden, yeah, these people would be afraid, right? Abraham Lincoln bucked the Supreme Court FDR bucking the Supreme Court. A Democratic president who's worth anything is going to be like, oh, you don't like what I did here? How about you stop me with your army? Yeah. And so we're going to go ahead and do this. There are times throughout history where they've ignored the court. The elected body of representatives should probably be the ones who get the final say because at least they're representing the people.
