The supreme court just has not issued as many second amendment decisions as it has in, you know, campaign finance or other areas. It's kind of tough to know how these bets are going to play out, or how how they have played out. There's a whole section in that opinion laying out here the sorts of things that government can still do with guns. And i want to hilate if there's one takeaway from heller which is that various forms of gun regulation are categorically unconstitutional? Absolutely.
