The Supreme Court's Motion for Removal of a Judge
Tuck: Anything that's going to pertain to like a ruling in court generally, otherwise, it's going to need to be public filing. Tuck: If you're an attorney and you have heard something that might impact a juror or jurors or your witnesses, where you fear for the safety of your witness or your juror, or you have some other kind of issue that is not appropriate with sharing with the other party initially. The Supreme Court has been very clear for decades that judicial rulings alone almost never constitute a valid motion for the removal of the judge.
