We tend to mess that simplicity up by trying to be something and watch out for her flaws. She's just being Misty, right? And we're not being ourselves. But these exercises can bring you to enlightenment. You both experienced some enlightenment tonight. That's what we're trying to do in team is the same as Buddhists have been doing or people with religions to bring people to that state of joy. We're using secular methods rather than meditation or prayer or justice or that religion but it's still trying to bringing people to a state of intense joy and enlightened self-acceptance.
