The Importance of Confidence

Sally Kohn went to a different dentist than the one she had been seeing for years. She was concerned about her crown and wanted an implant in her lower left tooth. The new dentist found cavities but said he couldn't fill them until next year. He then canceled on her because of other issues with his office, including bad customer service. This is what happens when you don't trust your dentist's judgement.
