With sequestering in place it's kind of hard to physically call on customers but you know customer discovery is actually in some cases easier to do now because most people are sitting at home or not surrounded by admins and gatekeepers. You should be asking some pretty specific discovery questions but not be thinking oh I can't get that data because you know I can't visit people. Zoom has now become the standard tool for watching people's pupils dilate because that's what you want to see is they looking at their watch or are they like paying attention to what you have?
