Is There a Difference Between a Positive and Negative Injunction?

There's just difference between a positive and negative injunction. I can ask you to stop doing an infinite number of things, and that poses no energy cost on you. And asking people to learn a new list of gender pronouns is a positive injunction. For me to demand that people start using a word of my own invention - i'm going to be offended if you get the number wrong. This is imposing a cost on people. If you are an admirer of western culture then you're the enemy of the post modern slash neo marxiss. Then they're opposed to absolutely everything you believe. It's perfectly in keeping with their stated aims.
