Bed and a Box Mattresses - What's the Difference?
Bed and a box mattresses are all over social media, aren't they? These are ones that get delivered rolled up or folded up. You can carry them upstairs, then you open them and they kind of expand. They tend to be a mid-market product - not at the very top end of quality but good products. Back pain is the largest single cause of disability in the UK with lower back pain accounting for 11% of the total disability of the population.
